Henry Caldwell is Arclen Group's Dramatic Rights Agent, representing authors' work across film, television, and theatre.

His love of screen storytelling began at university, where his passion for film quickly turned into a career in the entertainment industry. After an early stint in production, Henry moved into agenting and gained experience at several leading talent and literary agencies in London.

He later joined a creative management firm as Film, TV, and Dramatic Rights Agent, where he represented screenwriters and directors while also handling dramatic rights for the agency's book list.

At Arclen Group, Henry focuses on connecting authors with the right producers, studios, and creative partners to help their stories reach audiences on screen and stage.
