Elizabeth Morgan leads Arclen Group's international rights strategy, overseeing translation and foreign-language sales for the agency's list across more than fifty territories.

Before joining Arclen Group, she spent over a decade in rights departments at major publishing houses, building long-standing relationships with editors and co-agents across Europe, Asia and Latin America. She is a fixture at the Frankfurt, London and Bologna book fairs.

Elizabeth is known for tailoring each author's global rollout, carefully timing submissions so that early territory deals build momentum around the world.
